Keep a record of the books that you have read

With our Library Catalog, Atriuum, you can create a private bookbag to keep track of the books that you have read.  No one else will be able to see your bookbag.  You will need to add the new titles that you are reading to the bookbag each time you check books out.  You can look at your bookbag later so you’ll know if you’ve read a particular title before.

To start, you’ll need to create the bookbag.  You only need to do this once.

To create a bookbag:

Open the Library Catalog

Choose Log In from the top right corner, then enter barcode and PIN

Click on the "Bookbags" Tab

 

Click on the "Create new Bookbag” button

Give your bookbag a name , click save

Your bookbag is now active.

 

Each time you check something out you’ll need to add the new titles to your bookbag:

Click on the name of your bookbag to activate it. The book bag that is highlighted is 'active' currently. If you have several bookbags, be sure you've selected the one you want to add the title to.

 

For each title you have checked out:

Choose My items in the top right once you have logged in.

Click on the title in the "Items out” Tab
(Do not check the checkbox next to the title)

A new window will be displayed with more information about your title
Click on the "Add to Bookbag” button on the top right

 

Repeat these steps for every book that you have checked out

Choose My items
Click on the title in the "Items  out” tab
(Do not check the checkbox next to the title)
A new window will be displayed with more information about your title
Click on the "Add to Bookbag” button on the top right

To see which titles you have added to the bookbag:

After you have logged in and clicked on My Items
Click on the name of your bookbag

This will give you a list of all of the titles you have added
You can sort them by title or by author

 
If you are using a public computer (like one of the computers in the library) remember to log out when you are done.
