Fiction Writers' Group
The Fiction Writers’ Group which meets at the Hampstead Public Library is seeking new members.
Whether you are a beginner or long-time writer, a professional or hobbyist, or maybe you have just begun to think about writing fiction – the group will welcome you to their gatherings.
Many aspects of fiction writing are discussed: character development, plotting narrative technique, dialog, point-of-view, genre, and of course the joy and agony of editing and re-writes. Meet with other local writers who are writing fiction. Share what you have been working on, and see their efforts. Help each other by editing and commenting on each other's work. Talk about your writing process.
Those interested should feel free to drop by at a meeting, or send an email in advance to HampFicWriters@comcast.net. The next meeting is May 25th, and the June meetings are on the 8th and the 22nd. You do not have to be a resident of Hampstead to join the group.
This group will meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 9:15am until 12:30pm.
